Our client, a prominent social housing provider in Swindon, is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a pivotal role in offering quality support to tenants and meeting their needs efficiently.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Assistant:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assisting tenants with various service requests such as maintenance and repairs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers for efficient service delivery.
  • Following up with tenants to confirm issue resolution.
  • Supporting the team in establishing customer service policies.
  • Managing administrative tasks like data entry to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in social housing or public sector.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
