We have an immediate requirement for a Compliance Administrator to support a housing organisation on a temporary contract with facility checklists across various sites in the High Peaks & Staffordshire area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and oversee the compliance checklist ensuring all sites are adhering to the health & safety regulations.

Qualifications in health & safety are not a requirement for this role as you will be provided with full checklists as part of the administration. We are seeking individuals who have great attention to detail, would enjoy the variety of visiting different sites and has worked in facilities, site co-ordination, grounds maintenance or even caretaking work in schools.

Offering an immediate start, ongoing temporary assignment, full time hours working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, salary 12.09p/h, weekly pay and a van is provided as part of the assignment for your vehicle.

What you will be doing as a Compliance Administrator?

  • Visiting various housing sites across Staffordshire & High Peak area to report on the condition and health & safety of the areas
  • Being the first point of contact for contractors and residents
  • Using checklists provided you will ensure communal areas are up to standard and removing any hazards and reporting repairs
  • Monitoring the condition of play equipment and play areas to make sure they are safe
  • Reporting any issues fly tipping
  • Compliance checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency light testing, fire risk assessments, evacuation plans and signage
  • Updating the database with your checklist findings
  • Ensuring all administration and notes are accurately inputted on the system

What skills & experience will you need as a Compliance Administrator?

  • You have great attention to detail and communication
  • Have worked in facilities, maintenance, site co-ordination or caretaking roles
  • Experience maintaining compliance and checklists to ensure safety and regulations are up to date
  • You are happy to travel to different sites and will have your own Van provided
  • Can commit to a immediate start and temporary ongoing assignment
  • Must be a driver
