United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support Acute Medicine with medical Staffing and Junior Doctor cover.

This role is based at Lincoln County Hospital, however this may include cover of all 3 sites where needed.

This vacancy is 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.

  • Please note this position does not commence until April 1st or after*The ability to build successful relationships with senior clinicians and managers along with other teams within the service is essential. We are looking for someone proactive who is able to work with mínimal supervision on a range of tasks. We are a fast paced service and the successful applicant will need to be comfortable working with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.


In addition to more general duties the role will include supporting the management and co-ordination of the Medical Rotas, logging medical leave and sickness and recruitment of locum, agency and substantive junior medical staff along with being a lead for the junior doctor rotation.
