Responsibilities:

  • Have relevant sheet metal experience
  • Understand the principles of sheet metal work
  • Work from shop drawings
  • Produce fabrications to high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Take personal responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others
  • Be able to take instruction and guidance from both the Foreman and have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality / standard
  • Meet the required productivity levels
  • Maintain a working environment that is clean, safe and tidy
  • Complete training as required by the business including certified training
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as reasonably required
