Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive the growth of our manufacturing division, focusing on sheet metal components and finishing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 40 across Sheet Metal department, Powder Coating line, and CNC routers & component assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of 40 across Sheet Metal department, Powder Coating line, and CNC routers & component assembly.
  2. Ensure the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies meets the production schedule efficiently.
  3. Maintain a high standard of quality while utilizing production resources effectively.
  4. Drive lean improvements by continually reviewing the production process.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years managerial experience within a sheet metal environment.
  2. Knowledge of Powder Coating, CNC routers, and assemblies (desirable).
  3. Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office with excellent administration skills.
