THE ROLE:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
  • Switchboard management
  • Management of internal booking system
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • IT and AV assistance
  • Management of refreshments and catering
  • Working closely with housekeeping and facilities departments
  • Ad hoc travel booking
  • Ad hoc diary management
  • AD support to HR
  • Assisting with events
