As a Pizza Maker you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high quality products.

We have two pizza teams in our store working on traditional Napolitan style pizza with a wood fired oven, and on Roma style Pala pizza we sell by the slice and cook using an electric oven.


Experience with mixing and shaping fresh dough, as well as working with a wood fired oven are a key requirement for the role.

  • Prepares pizzas according to specific Eataly recipes.
  • To remain calm, composed and in control, even in unusual situations and foster and build a positive working environment.
  • To effectively handle guest special requests.
  • To be attentive to service details and product quality.

  • Experience making fresh pizzas.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work flexibly according to a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends.
