The average amount of scheduled hours generally consists of 37.5 hours per week, with the expectation to work additional hours in a week if there is a business need.

Brief Description of role

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working with our customers and partners to provide an exceptional level of service, this includes telephone and online communication.
  • Product quality control and packaging key products to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Warranty management, including liaising with customers, creating claims, testing products and where required using software, managing repair partners and returning products to vendor
  • Monitoring stock levels and stock room
  • End to end returns management from retailers back through to our partner brands
  • Working with our warehouse, including overseeing our third party logistics (3PL) team on a day to day basis, ensuring all orders are dispatched within the required service level agreements (SLA's)
  • Central product setup on the relevant software and overseeing shipping rules
  • Ensuring all internal/external processes and SLA's are achieved and constantly looking to improve and innovate the way we work.
  • Providing data/management information to support the overall business innovate and make key business decisions
  • Preparation and participation in team meetings and planning groups as required.
  • Goods in/out management
  • Prepping and kitting of phones

Key Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent data entry, processing and analytical skills

Desirable:

  • Experience utilising WMS and ERP systems
  • Warehouse/3PL experience
- ecommerce experience
