Are you looking for a new opportunity to provide care and support on a one to one basis and build a rapport with one specific client?


We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a small established team for full and part-time permanent positions and bank hours.


You will be providing care and support to a male in his late 30s with physical disabilities and challenging behaviour within his own home and the community assisting him with all aspects of his care.

He requires the use of a wheelchair and hoist. He enjoys a wide variety of music, going to the cinema and going out for walks. He also enjoys using his hydro pool and some activities in the community.

You will be required to work on a rota basis a variety of shifts including 8am-3pm, 3pm-10.30pm, 7pm-8am (10.30pm-8am is a sleep in)

  • Experience in Support/Care work
  • Experience in challenging behaviour
  • Positive and Friendly personality
  • Flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Driving Licence
  • Able to swim
