Remote Worker Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Senior Management Team as a Strategic Training and Development Lead.
This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum and a 36-hour workweek with opportunities for remote work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the core elements of our volunteering programme and Learning and Development strategy, as well as delivering in-house training and providing first-line support to staff, trustees, and volunteers on our operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for all new volunteers applying for roles.
- Design and deliver training programs on our operational systems, including case recording, telephony, and video conferencing.
- Evaluate and design new training resources and learning materials as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in training and development roles, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector.
- Proven experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, welfare, and disciplinary actions.
