Key duties will include;
- Processing management fees
- Liaising with Fund Managers with fee listings
- Processing fees within strict SLAs
- Collating and producing meaningful MI
- Processing closures and any adhoc fees for clients
In addition, you will be required to ensure that your duties are completed to consistently high standards, ensuring no errors.
You will also provide technical assistance to team members and help resolve any issues which may occur, and report within agreed timescales.
As you will be liaising with clients via written and verbal communication, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate first class client service, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Ideally applicants will have come from investment operations, specifically settlements or fees where they have gained knowledge in the accurate processing fees.
Applications welcome for those who have gained their IOC accreditation, or working towards thisqualification.This is a fixed term contract, offering an immediate start
