Our client specialises in arranging property funding for both private and commercial clients, and they're looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in a thriving coastal property market.
- they've now opened a brand new office in central Hove and are looking to expand their mortgage network in the area.
This is a business development role which requires you to approach local businesses to generate mortgage and insurance leads for your colleagues to advise on, while maintaining great rapport with existing clients.
You will be part of a friendly team withfull back office admin and technical support, and you will also have the opportunity for progression as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager;
- Expanding the company's network of mortgage introducers by canvassing local businesses and building solid relationships with them.
- Managing the company's key accounts and maintaining excellent relationships with existing introducers.
Experience Required to Become a Business Development Manager here;
- Experience as a Business Development Manager is essential.
- Prior experience in the property sector or having CeMAP would be an advantage.
- Confidence in networking and maintaining relationships with other businesses.
