Aon is looking for a Client Director to join our National team in Manchester. You'll be handling a hybrid role, combining office and home-based work.

What a Day in the Role Involves:

  • Identifying each client's service requirements and ensuring the service meets agreed standards
  • Managing client expectations and resolving issues promptly
  • Delivering services at the highest standard using best practices and conducting regular client reviews
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records
  • Achieving annual revenue targets for clients
  • Building senior-level client relationships
  • Exploring new sales opportunities and supporting client visits

People Management:

  • Developing and supporting team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Attracting and retaining talented individuals in alignment with business goals
  • Creating a positive and motivated work environment

Contributing to Wider Development:

  • Shaping strategy through the leadership team
  • Ensuring effective collaboration between teams for revenue growth
  • Promoting teamwork, effective communication, and professionalism

Ensuring Compliance:

  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and business procedures
  • Promoting compliance throughout the region and seeking process improvement opportunities
  • Consistently applying agreed practices and tools

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably FCII/ACII or equivalent
  • Experience in Global Commercial Insurance Broking House
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with senior individuals
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Management Concepts
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Sound technical knowledge across major and pecuniary classes
  • Familiarity with Aon products, services, and systems
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills
  • Strong sales skills
