Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting a global firm, for an 12month Fixed Term opportunity within Glasgow.


Applicants should be fluent in English / and German and have come from a customer focused background, where they have been delivering a first class customer experience.

Key duties will include;

  • Providing a first class service to customers via telephone and written communications
  • Recording accurate customer data on in house systems
  • Processing client records and updating in house systems
  • Producing reports


This is a fast paced office environment, therefore applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and plan a busy workload, while maintaining accuracy at all times.

Previous customer service experience is required for this opportunity, together with experience gained within a back office administrative function.

Our client offer an excellent training programme, along with a competitive salary and pension scheme.

This is a 12month Fixed Term Contract.
