Receptionist/administration Assistant

Well established & developing physiotherapy practice requires a flexible member of staff to cover part time hours two days a week (Monday and Thursday) This role will require you to cover staff holidays up to full time hours as and when required, including evenings and weekends.

You must demonstrate good organization, communication and IT skills. (Full training will be given on our in-house administration system).

Duties will include but are not limited to;
Greeting patients - you will be the first contact point for patients as they arrive at the clinic.

Make & receive telephone calls

Handling confidential client documents/ reports

Diary management

Taking payments

Carry out any reasonable duties as required by management

Rate of pay dependent on experience.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 8 months

Part-time hours: 14 per week
