Project and Training Coordinator

This is a contract role for 6 Months. The contract would be Inside IR35

The purpose of this role is to develop and administer training programs for employees, assess training and development needs for organizations, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in-person training sessions, and monitor the effectiveness of training.


  • Works with managers and stakeholders to support the execution of learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
  • This is a hybrid role (office/remote)
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
  • Minutes/reports/additional support as directed


 Coordinates training activities
  • Such as schedules and assists to compile programs that include webbased seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.


 Training Planning
  • Supports execution of training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys.
  • Project Management Proactively works with the Training team to manage the plan and provide support where necessary to achieve milestones.
  • Analytical
  • Works with the team to modify and create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.


 Stakeholder Engagement
  • Makes themselves readily available to assist in facetoface and online training sessions.
  • Planning
  • Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment and manages course enrolment.

Monitors training programme delivery to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates, as necessary.


Proactively manages the training plan and key deliverables to ensure the training team meets its milestones, and keeps current on the activities, and needs of that programme.

Maintains an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.


Educated with the equivalent of a Bachelor's or master's Degree, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Decision Making.
