For this role we are looking for someone to be able to work from our head office 3 days a week.


Key responsibilities
We are looking for colleagues to join B&Q, the UK's leading home improvement retailer on our HR Pathway Programme. You'll be joining a fast-paced, progressive HR team with plenty of opportunities for future career development and progression.

You will receive an on the job apprenticeship experience, training and support and an industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification and training and support.


Our HR Pathway Programme is c36-months, where you will gain a professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 3-5) plus an industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification, alongside gaining a real breadth of relevant work experience and essential soft skills and behaviours training across HR disciplines.


We will provide you with varied rotational roles to support your professional qualification effectively, which could include working within the Talent Acquisition team, HR Operations, Business Partnering, Learning & Leadership and Employment Relations.

You will also develop strong communication, prioritisation presentation and partnering skills, as well as a good understanding of the B&Q business.
