Role Overview:


A Verisub Operations Coordinator is the main point of contact for our consultants who work on behalf of our clients on their global projects in the marine energy and submarine cables sectors.

The Operations Coordinator looks after our consultants before, during, and after they work on a project ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the below responsibilities throughout the process.

The role is fast paced and varied, with challenges that need to be overcome daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a key point of contact for our consultants before, during and after they work on a project for Verisub.
  • Ensure a friendly, personable service is always provided to our consultants & clients.
  • Liaise with our pool of consultants to update them on upcoming opportunities to work on our clients' projects.
  • Identify and attract new consultants to work for Verisub on our clients' projects
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure all new consultants are interviewed, vetted and are compliant to work on behalf of Verisub.
  • Work with our travel agent to book flights/accommodation/visas for our consultants working on global projects.
  • Liaise with our visa agents to ensure all required visas are applied for in good time.
  • Create consultant journey management plans to be sent to clients for specific projects.
  • Ensure all consultants certificates and documentation are in date and verified.
  • Ensure all consultant CVs and project reports are formatted to a professional standard.
  • Ensure all of our consultant's information added to our database is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Log client enquiries on the database, shortlisting consultants and contacting suitable consultants to check availability for specific projects
  • Keep in regular contact with our consultants to track availability for upcoming projects.
  • Organise training courses for consultants when required.
  • Work with the finance team to manage the monthly invoice process, ensuring all consultants submit accurate timesheets, invoices and expenses in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Degree Qualified (Desirable)
  • Previous experience working in contractor recruitment or a personnel coordination environment (Highly desirable).
  • Must be willing to work fulltime in our office space in Exeter.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driven selfstarter
  • Microsoft Office experience
