Overview
Harnham is working with a well-known agency that works with multinational clients and helps them with their advertising investment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data Science team and help their clients acquire high value customers quicklyand efficiently through acting as a business partner.


The role

You will be responsible:

  • Examining the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various media platforms, including television, digital video, social media, search engines, radio, print, outofhome advertising, and other channels
  • Informing clients about data ingestion, automation, and reporting and maintaining regular communication and involvement with clients in relation to new and existing data science and attribution initiatives
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of client data, processes, and business practices to produce advanced insights.
  • Assisting with interpreting statistical models and constructing stories based on data and model results while also striving to increase the comprehension of statistical models for nontechnical audiences.
  • Identifying and analysing attribution and modelling issues while also collaborating with the wider client team to answer advanced data inquiries
  • Facilitating the improvement of data literacy among client teams and continuously exploring ways to provide a competitive advantage
  • Promoting the democratization of data throughout our agency business by engaging with and providing training for all key clientfacing and internal departments.
  • Ensuring that repetitive tasks are automated and streamlined whenever feasible while also considering data privacy and security to safeguard company and client data.

The experience
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or any other related field
  • Strong programming knowledge: MS SQL, and R or Python Experience
  • Experienced in statistical and econometric modelling in a commercial environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including translating results to a nontechnical audience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
