Trainee Legal Assistant Position - Ipswich Based

**Company:** Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Ipswich as a Trainee Legal Assistant supporting the Personal Injury Team.

**Salary:** Starting at £20,800
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
**Location:** Office based with modern office space and various company benefits
**Career Growth:** Opportunity for career progression within the team

**Responsibilities:**
- **Post and Communications:** Assist in handling post and other communications
- **Documentation:** Coordinate photocopying and filing tasks, prepare forms and paperwork for client files
- **Support:** Provide day-to-day support to fee earners, file work, and input data received from claimants
- **Client Liaison:** Communicate with clients, third parties, and medical agencies via calls and manage client files

**Other Duties:**
- **File Management:** Maintain client files as per firm's standards and benchmarks
- **Meetings:** Attend relevant team meetings
- **Reporting:** Run monthly reports and share with external recipients
- **Miscellaneous:** Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the Partners/Management/Team Members

**Requirements:**
- Some experience in an administrative role
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Prioritization and time management abilities
- Flexible work approach and ability to handle pressure
- Excellent client service orientation
- Knowledge of office equipment usage
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Background in Law studies or related field preferred
