Use best practices to create and manage content that is topic-based, modular, and reusable.

Support the delivery of a comprehensive, fully CCMS-based content management and structured authoring process.

Work with subject matter experts, reviewers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and make sure our documentation is accurate and complete.

Follow and contribute to the documentation terminology, style guide, and processes.

Use analytics and customer feedback to identify and prioritise documentation gaps and improvements.

Evaluate content to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines and technical writing standards.

What we're looking for

Circa 5 years' experience in a technical writing role within an engineering discipline.

A portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical writing skills in English and knowledge of industry standards/best practices for technical documentation. Demonstrable ability to absorb and explain complex technical concepts in clear, concise and impactful language for a variety of audiences.

Acute attention to detail and desire for accuracy. Able to monitor your own work and actively seek ways to improve. Be receptive to feedback and use it to improve your performance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Meet productivity standards; Complete work in timely manner; Strive to increase productivity.

Understanding of the localisation process and experience in managing multilingual content.

Proficiency with technical writing tools, software and processes; previous experience with popular component content management systems is preferred.

Familiarity with XML, DITA, HTML, CSS, and other mark-up languages and standards.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira for workload management.
