What would I be doing day to day?nKey duties:nManage the second phase of an exciting HRIS implementation.nWork alongside the HR team to understand system ramifications.nHigh levels of process improvement and creation of process workflows.nSupport across other areas of HR wherever necessary.nWhat is the company looking for?nMinimum 3+ years' experience, with HRIS systems such as HiBob.nExperience with project management and implementation.nAn eye for process improvement and an ability to help map process flows.nAn interest in the Charity sector preferred.nAvailable immediately or on a short notice.
