This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in our Paddington HQ and two days working remotely.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage retailer relationships to ensure commercial success and brand visibility
  • Lead strategic planning and forecasting efforts
  • Oversee retail P&L, internal reporting, and cross-functional delivery

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Deep understanding of the UK skincare market
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
