- Advise staff on all aspects of company secretarial work
- Undertake compliance work, advisory work for clients, and supervise junior staff
- Contribute to company secretarial business development activity
- Collaborate with BDO staff at all levels and directors of client companies
Requirements:
- Graduate, associate, or fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute
- Managerial experience in a professional firm, listed PLC, or company secretarial provider
- Experience with Diligent Entities company secretarial software
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with financial statements
- Business development experience
