BDO UK seeks a Company Secretarial Manager to join our Business Services and Outsourcing team.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive company secretarial support to clients across BDO's Southern Region. You will collaborate closely with other BSO managers, as well as local tax and audit teams within the firm.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Advising staff on company secretarial matters.
  • Delivering advisory and compliance services to clients.
  • Supervising junior staff members.
  • Contributing to business development activities, including preparing pricing for new opportunities and collaborating on the management of the opportunity pipeline.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A graduate, associate, or fellow status with the Chartered Governance Institute.
  • Managerial experience within a professional firm or listed PLC.
  • Experience with Diligent Entities software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Desirable qualities include:

  • Business development experience.
  • Familiarity with financial statements.
