Essential:
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and use initiative in highly demanding situations.

- Previous experience in a relevant care setting.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role which will require physical intervention.
- Positive attitude to constructive criticism and development and willingness to learn from colleagues and progression.
Desirable:
- Awareness of child protection & safeguarding.
- Basic knowledge of CQC & Ofsted regulations.
- Experience of working with individuals with developmental disorders and mental health issues.
