Essential:

  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and use initiative in highly demanding situations.

  • Previous experience in a relevant care setting.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role which will require physical intervention.

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of CQC & Ofsted regulations.
  • Experience of working with individuals with developmental disorders and mental health issues.
