Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach

Chapter is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team. As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their potential and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and peer group activities to support individuals in achieving their mental health and wellbeing goals.
  • Develop and deliver activities at greenspaces, such as allotment sites, to promote positive mental wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to support individuals with mental health challenges.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with individuals who face mental health challenges.
  • Ability to develop positive mental wellbeing through activities at greenspaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
