The EMEA HR Talent Manager holds a crucial position, collaborating closely with HR Directors throughout the EMEA region to propel talent development, training, and succession planning endeavors.

This role is centered on formulating and executing essential talent management strategies and regional initiatives, including those linked to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust HR background, particularly in talent management and development, coupled with exceptional project management capabilities and a profound grasp of the EMEA market.

The position reports to the EMEA HR Director and collaborates extensively with the global talent team.

- Design and implement the regional talent development plan in harmony with the global learning and development strategy and regional business priorities.

- Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive training schemes addressing organizational needs and aiding in employee growth and progress.

- Lead pivotal talent management projects across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and regional requirements.

- Assist in executing the global performance management system and regional succession planning, cultivating a culture of feedback and acknowledgment.

- Drive regional talent engagement activities in sync with the global employee value proposition and regional employee survey outcomes.

- Monitor and assess regional talent metrics and trends, furnishing insights and guidance to HR and business leaders.

- Stay abreast of leading practices and innovations in the talent sphere, benchmarking against industry peers and the external market.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of HR experience, specializing in talent management within an international setting. - Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (French, Spanish, Italian or German). - Sound understanding of talent market dynamics and trends in the EMEA region. - Highly analytical and data-oriented, adept at translating data into actionable insights. - Creative, innovative, capable of thinking outside the box, and proposing novel solutions. - Offerings: - An entrepreneurial, creative, and inclusive work environment. - Diverse learning and development prospects. - An international organization with abundant growth avenues. - A competitive compensation and benefits package.
