With head office at the beautiful grounds of Hursley Park Estate and a host of current projects and pipeline work across Hampshire, we are looking for a Construction Administrator to join our team on a full time basis.

You should be driven and excited by the opportunity to work closely with the business directors, develop your own processes within the role and define yourself as a paramount member of the small but growing team.

The role will require excellent organisation skills, to organise your own time and the various tasks required of the role.

In complete understanding of the broad skillset to deliver such a role, we welcome candidates with the core soft skills to thrive.

The candidate will be supported by us to develop role specific skills through training and exposure.

Having said this, previous Construction Administrator experience would be preferred or at a minimum experience working within a similar operations support/administration role.


Key tasks will include:


Tendering/Pre-Construction Administration – Working closely with the Estimator & Directors to manage the tender including logging & monitoring key dates, arranging site visits, distributing supply chain enquiries, forming & formatting tender documents in preparation for submission.

Software Champion – Become the go-to person for our Construction Management softwares: help with technical queries from the team, implementation of new tools on the system, document control - keeping stored information relevant & recent, setting-up projects, monitoring correct use & integration.

Office & Operations Support – Office management, purchasing consumables, administration of subcontract & material orders, raising purchase orders, O&M Manual collation.
