We are looking to grow our Support Team in the BA2 area. You will be working for a dynamic and involved manager, who takes the time to develop her team so that each and every person feels valued and can be the best they can be.
Are you energetic? Do you have a zest for life? Do you love that you will be out and about and on the go, every day? The people you will be supporting, have a wide range of disabilities, and lead busy, busy lives. They want you to keep up with them and share their joy in their favoured activities and enable them to live their best lives.
You will need to be proactive, engaging and caring and able to work as part of a large, committed team. Working across four settings – three supported living homes and a respite home - you will be able to develop your skills and experience to give you a fabulous grounding in one of the most rewarding careers.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
