Hunter Philips have an exciting opportunity on a long term contract for an individual to work on the 33kV networks.

I am seeking a Senior Authorised Person who has been authorised up to 33kV under one of the DNO's.

This Senior Authorised Person must have a proven track record on working on the 33kV networks for the DNO's and have solid experience with switching on the 33kV networks.


Skills:

  • 33kV authorised under a DNO
  • Experience with regularly switching and writing switching schedules for the 33kV networks
  • A proven track record of working on the HV networks
  • A competent and seasoned Senior Authorised Person

The role:

  • Issue permits for work
  • Operate the HV network up to 33kV
  • The reviewal of Safety Documents
  • Assisting with outages
  • Provide Safety from the System
  • Carry out switching on the 33kV networks
  • Reviewing RAMs documents
  • Isolation of the HV networks where necessary for people to work
  • Limitation of access for the sub-contractors
  • Carry out all works associated with being a 33kV SAP

Logistics:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 12 months rolling
  • Outside IR35
  • ASAP start
