Weekly Pay

Provides guidance and support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, from contract generation (onboarding) to offboarding - Provides guidance and support to the People & Culture Team across a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the employee experience - Establishes clear and high levels of communication with the People & Culture Team - Places the needs of our customers at the forefront, enhancing the employee experience - Builds a diverse and inclusive culture - Promotes a "safety first" culture

EXPERIENCE

  • A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
  • IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data. Proficient touch typing
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
  • Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES


People & Culture Support Working alongside the UK & I People & Culture Team to support a diverse and varied remit; from scheduling meetings, industrial relations administration, note taking at formal meetings, preparing and issuing employee letters, supporting with employee relations and people change, participating in projects and assignments, and expenses and diary management for the People & Culture Board.

Administration Supporting in a number of key administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle; including issuing Annual Salary Review letters, Annual Bonus Letters, gathering data for Data Subject Access requests, maintaining correspondence (shared mailbox), providing helpdesk support to employees and managers, maintaining accurate Personnel files, distribution and recording of post including returned mail.

Onboarding, Crossboarding & Offboarding Ensuring the employee experience is of the highest quality; through generation of employee contracts in line with SLA's, timely responses to employee and manager enquiries, receipt and checking of compliant document bundles, working with the Payroll team to meet processing deadlines, working with the Vetting team to ensure compliance, capturing benefit information by means of SFTP, issuing exit interview questionnaires, assisting in producing reporting on SLA's and compliance.

Compliance Supporting the business to meet compliance controls; conducting site based Personnel File audits as required, assisting in gathering data for annual audits, both internal and external.
