More about your role

As a mobile Customer Service Technician, your main responsibility will be to carry out a variety of high-quality remedial works for home buyers within our Scotland region. This involves attending scheduled appointments to address customer concerns and resolve any issues they may have.

The maintenance tasks you will handle are diverse and could range from basic carpentry and plumbing to plastering, brickwork, paving, decorating, and some roofing. Your goal will be to complete general maintenance work to a high standard, meeting customer expectations and bolstering our reputation.

More about you

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in a maintenance role, emphasizing a versatile skill set across various trades such as dry-lining, decoration, tiling, and carpentry. We are looking for individuals who are organized, methodical, and appreciate having a clear workload schedule yet can also adapt to changing circumstances quickly. Ideally, you should have experience working independently, traveling to different sites comfortably - a company vehicle will be provided.

You should be able to showcase excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety best practices during the interview, along with a positive attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional and friendly customer service.
