Property Maintenance Team Member

Experienced maintenance person needed to expand existing team, working on local property portfolio. General maintenance skills, previous experience, drivers licence all required. Ability to work under pressure for quick property turn arounds, and act on own independently. Work will involve ensuring properties meet regulations so a knowledge of HMO regulations is essential. Work will heavily include fire door installation.


There will be an element of being part of the on-call emergency call out service which is shared between other members of the maintenace team.


Salary:
From £13.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
