Join a well-established law firm based in Richmond They are currently seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant or Paralegal to be part of their team.

  • Assist attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Manage and organize client files to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, attorneys, and third parties.
  • Handle probate and trust administration tasks, including document preparation and court filings.
  • Collaborate with other paralegals and legal professionals for efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional client service to nurture strong relationships.

What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and case management tools.
