About the job:
The Role
Reporting into the Braze Practice Lead Director, Merkle are looking for a MarTech solution consultant to join our team as we expand our practice in the UK to meet the growing needs of major brands that are looking to accelerate business growth through marketing automation, data utilisation and connected customer experiences.
You will support clients with Braze as their core activation technology in achieving rapid time-to-value, but you may support other technologies as business demand requires.
- Leading the definition of our propositions and delivery methodologies
- Leading delivery of large programmes of work beyond MarTech and Data e.g. into areas such as analytics, experience platforms, creative/production services
- Providing presales support for growth and client services teams including proposal writing, pitch delivery and statements of work
- Working with your peers in other Dentsu EMEA Markets and other regions (APAC and AMER) to define bestpractice methodologies for the best use of marketing technology
- The role will require a reasonable amount of travel to clients across the UK & EMEA
Qualifications:
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone from a consultancy / agency / software background with experience of CRM, CDPs and data-driven customer marketing programmes.
You will need to be:
- Able to map out complex solutions in easytounderstand formats for business leaders and nontechnical marketeers to grasp
- Experienced in Braze but experience with other major MarTech solution providers in the marketing hub or composable tech stack space will be considered including Adobe, Salesforce, Bloomreach
- Some experience in Data Solutions & CDPs e.g. one of the following or Tealium, Segment, mParticle and TreasureData
- Commercial experience costing solutions, writing statements of work, negotiating with clients
- Advanced level Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
