To assist the Sales and Marketing team by managing administrative tasks and proactively finding, reviewing and submitting tenders for existing service and new stretch business development opportunities.

To also help us build, measure, optimise and scale our marketing programs to drive growth.

You'll be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management:

  • Daily monitoring of tender portals and the tenders mail box for new opportunities.
  • Proactive submission of tenders related to IMServ's services meeting requirements and deadlines.
  • Reviewing bid opportunities for commonality with IMServ's business development strategy.
  • Proactive management of bid documentation to support tender submissions and sales proposals.
  • Proactive involvement with legal to manage risk of opportunities under frameworks.
  • Coordination of company departments to obtain material for bids submission.
  • Integration with sales process to transition successful bids to the sales lead for full contracting.
  • Retaining an accurate view of bespoke contracts and tenders submissions and implement process improvements.
  • Proactively support of adhoc commercial tasks such as market analysis, strategic and commercial reporting based on collated business knowledge.
  • Researching current and future market trends to assist with Bids.
  • Drive continuous improvement, through postbid reviews, both internally and with customers.
  • To maintain an up to date 'knowledge base' of frequently required commercial information.
  • To understand compliance processes to ensure department procedures are followed and are auditable.
  • To proactively resolve tender submission issues with customers, customer portals, finance, legal and the sales lead.
  • To proactively manage the risk associated to framework contracts.
  • To gather commercial data for distribution to other areas of the business, for example, but not exclusively, Commercial departments updates, Commercial news database updates, extraction of commercial KPIs and statistics

Marketing:

  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
  • Goal Setting; develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign.
  • Performance Measurement; monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis.
  • Campaign Management; serve as the marketing project manager for integrated campaigns from inception through execution and measurement.
  • Segmentation; manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
  • Lead Management; support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
  • Data Management; ensure data is syncing seamlessly in our CRM for accurate and uptodate attribution, lead management, and reporting.
