Benefits
- Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm with 1 hour lunch
- Temp to perm
- Onsite parking
Duties include
- Service and sales support including processing inbound requests for customer orders, deliveries and collections.
- Creating customer orders and collections using bespoke system
- Arranging deliveries with haulage companies
- Providing reports to management
- Managing internal process systems to ensure fit for purpose, making recommendation for change where applicable
- Updating customer accounts accurately and accordingly if needed
- Service delivery planning with all customer enquiries, orders, collections changes, notes and other information as required.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered
- General other admin duties, as and when required to various departments
Requirements include
- Use of Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Previous experience working within an office based environment is essential
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be both numerate and literate
- Must have good communication skills and feel confident providing excellent customer service
- Good understanding of financial systems would be desirable although not essential
