Job Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office/Finance Manager to join their team in Ledbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and administration to take on a challenging and varied role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day financial administration, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and other team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the finance and administration team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other financial software.
