The purpose of the role is to provide client services, and administration support to an IFA practice who offer unparalleled service to their clients.

You will provide support to the whole team, including Financial Advisers and clients.


You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.


Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 1 year + experience within an IFA Support Admin role
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively
  • You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs, Investments
  • Excellent organisation, communication skills and the ability to get on well with others

In return you will earn an excellent salary of up to £32,000 (very much dependent upon experience) and an annual discretionary bonus and parking
