Role Overview:
To analyze and manage complex professional indemnity, management liability, and financial institutions claims in compliance with policy terms and QBE's Claims Philosophy and DNA.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle professional indemnity, management liability, and financial institutions claims from start to settlement
  • Collaborate with vendors to provide quality service within set timelines
  • Confirm coverage early and communicate promptly with clients
  • Ensure accurate reserves, pursue third-party recoveries, reduce claims leakage
  • Manage caseload, meet service level requirements, and input data accurately
  • Execute Claims strategy to meet business targets
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, prioritize customer service
  • Update QBE's systems promptly
  • Maintain claims portfolio knowledge, assist in underwriting decisions
  • Support Core claims team development

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in handling professional indemnity, management liability, or financial institutions claims
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle caseloads efficiently
  • Familiarity with insurance policy wordings
  • Experience in customer interaction and negotiation
  • Strong communication and investigative skills
  • Proficiency in using data systems and generating reports
  • Team player with enthusiasm and collaborative attitude
