We are looking for a homebased/remote Compensation Partner to join the team covering the UK and Spanish businesses.


As the Compensation Partner, you'll have the aptitude to understand complex data and be accurate from start to finish in developing programs and completing projects.


The successful Partner will proactively partner with client-facing P&C Business Partners and P&C Leadership along with Business Leadership to identify and address compensation issues and bring to life GenesisCare's Total Compensation Philosophy and Strategy to the clients supported.

This position is expected to represent the client's point-of-view in key corporate compensation initiatives and the corporate point-of-view with client groups.

You'll support leaders and employees through consultation, compensation design, performance management, program management, and effective risk governance.

What you'll do:

  • Work with on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, and implementation of new programs
  • Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives and future programs
  • Partner with regional and global compensation partners on compensation issues, and work on a variety of compensation projects as needed
  • Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation
  • Consult with business on job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation
  • Document processes and build compensation guidelines
  • Partner with the business to develop variable incentive compensation programs, as needed
  • Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed
  • Work with HRIS to ensure that Workday, Payfactors, and other corporate system to meet compensation needs and is updated to reflect programmatic changes

What you'll have:

Experience and skills:

  • Experience in finance, healthcare, compensation or consulting with an indepth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
  • Experience in sales compensation, including design is preferred
  • Analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and auditing work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen
  • Demonstrated project and change management skills
  • Solid consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice
  • Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
  • Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyse data

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience within a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred

  • Ability to interact at a strategic level
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis
