Senior Substance Misuse Nurse at Community Drug and Alcohol Misuse Charity

An esteemed Community Drug and Alcohol Misuse Charity is seeking a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse to join their specialized Substance Misuse Clinic in Sutton in Ashfield.

  • RGN or RMN qualified Nurse with relevant experience
  • Band 7 / management experience
  • Demonstrable experience in clinical governance / audits
  • Titration experience highly desired
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC and legal right to work in the UK

This opportunity is perfect for a Registered Nurse with a passion for Substance Misuse treatment, aiming to be part of the UK's leading organization in this sector.

The successful candidate will be involved in providing front line clinical care, focusing on a comprehensive rehabilitation process at a busy detoxification clinic.

Experience in Vaccinations, BBV screening, Hepatitis B/C screening, ECG's, Alcohol and opiate detoxification, Health Promotion, and Rehabilitation is valued but not obligatory.

A background in addictions is not necessary, but a keen interest in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services is essential.
