About the role

Reporting into the Programmatic+ Director, the Programmatic+ Exec will be tasked with supporting the delivery of excellence in planning, reporting and finance across Programmatic and Direct Display for clients such as The Guardian, Holland America Cruises, Admiral and Delta Airlines. You will support the Manager and wider team by ensuring the day to day running of campaigns adhere to all PHD's processes. As well as this, you will be expected to gain hands on experience in all media programs (i.e. Prisma, MX, DSPs, ad servers.) You will begin to liaise with media owners and internal stakeholders to ensure the output for clients is of a high standard, though client contact will be initially limited.

• You will be tasked with carrying out various administrative duties to contribute to the successful running of the accounts/campaigns.


• Support in the reporting and financial admin of all display activity across multiple suppliers/media owners and on occasion some DSP's.


• Support the application and monitoring of best practice brand safety and ad-verification, to ensure delivery to target KPI's and build on learnings for the client.


• Work with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of campaigns delivery and performance.


• You will learn how to craft specific campaign plans, rationales and supporting documents, reconciliation processes and reporting on that.

You will be professional, hardworking and collaborative individual able to demonstrate diligence, enthusiasm and proactivity. We're looking for a candidate who is excited about starting or continuing their career at a media agency. Critical to the role is the desire to want to learn and thrive as part of a high performing team. You need to be operationally very strong, with the drive to ensure deadlines are met and the work produced is of the highest standard.

Must have capacity to work under pressure and be self-motivated. Have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.
