Payroll Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls within agreed timescales and provide answers to basic queries
- Filling in forms and provide information from third parties inc. government agencies within agreed timescales
- Assisting with any adhoc project work as required
- Completing basic payroll processing as required
About you...
You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and delivery of customer service.
Previous proven experience of dealing with a wide variety of customers on the telephone will be required as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the business as well as prioritise and work to deadlines.
We are seeking a proven team player with high levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion. You will also be organised, methodical, self-motivated and committed to providing a quality service.You will also need to have:
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand; a "cando" attitude
- 1 year highvolume, front facing customer service experience, either face to face or via telephone
- Good level of IT literacy
- Good numeric and literacy skills, GCSE Maths and English (A*C or equivalent) are essential, further education is desirable.
