Facilities Manager

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing small to medium-sized capex improvement projects and managing planned maintenance programs at the Leeds facility, ensuring a conducive work environment. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be leading and nurturing a team of specialized maintenance engineers. Collaborating closely with Production and Operational teams, you will prioritize creating a safe workplace.nAs part of this role, you will be accountable for the operational budget, developing and implementing key performance indicators aligned with Group objectives, maintaining reactive maintenance responsiveness, managing total maintenance costs within site targets effectively overseeing third-party contractors, including tender processes and contract management for outsourced services such as cleaning and catering.nThe ideal candidate is someone who combines the ability to make logical decisions promptly with clear and concise communication skills.
Experience Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment role.n
- Possession of NEBOSH certificationn
- Recognized Electrical or Mechanical qualificationsn
- Demonstrated experience in implementing modern equipment maintenance practices
