Our Senior Residential care workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care.

You will lead children in activities, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administrate medication.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best.

We are looking for a Senior Residential care worker who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.


Already qualified to NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work with emotional needs and challenging behaviour, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.


About us:

Denmead comprises of 2 children's homes, Lavender House and Lily Cottage both under one registration with Ofsted. We are seeking to attain separate Ofsted registration for each of the homes. Both offer residential care for children & young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

The residential homes are set in rural South Hampshire offering a holistic model of care and education for the people we support, which is designed to provide an enriching and positive environment.

Denmead is within commutable distance from Waterlooville, Fareham, Havant, Portsmouth, Gosport and other surrounding towns and villages.
