Sexual Health Improvement Outreach Lead

Within this role you will be able to inspire and motivate our outreach team to continue to deliver and build upon their outreach offer.
Our outreach team delivers sexual health education and support as well distributing free condoms and STI screens to individuals and organisations across the community.
We have a much loved sexual health outreach van which means we can deliver flexible and responsive outreach sessions, including on board STI / HIV screening and condom distribution.
Our outreach is continually evolving and responding to the needs of our communities, and as lead for this service, you will have a role in shaping this for the future.
You will work across Derbyshire to develop a robust programme of work which will deliver advice, support and education within universal settings.
You will support proactive use of our vehicle to deliver outreach work, condoms and STI screening kits across the team and within the wider service.

You will Outreach Lead who can take responsibility for:
- Motivating and inspiring your team to deliver high quality proactive outreach around sexual health
- Line management and supervision of your team
- Proactive use of our sexual health outreach vehicle to deliver safe and engaging outreach sessions
- Distribution of condoms and STI screens
- Ensuring compliance with processes which keep our patients and staff safe
- Being flexible and responsive to the changing sexual health needs of our communities.
