The Sexual Health Promotion (SHP) team requires a business support worker who will play an integral part in supporting the effective delivery of this work.
This post will hold the position of administration support to the geographically spread SHP team, and providing practical and hands on support to the team by ensuring the efficient distribution of stock and resources, and supporting the delivery of training and events across the locality.

Be responsible for the Accredited Provider system; extracting and manipulating Excel data reports for auditing and settlement purposes, identify, investigate and resolve any anomalies in provider claims, monitor and maintain the inbox for the scheme and updating the list of providers for the service.
These events are regularly delivered across the county and city, and includes events run virtually via MS Teams, so technical support will be required from this role.

Providing timely and accurate monthly reports.
Ensuring stock is ordered, and effective stock management systems are maintained across the range of SHP sites.
DCHS and integrated sexual health services were rated 'Outstanding' overall by the Care Quality Commission in September 2019.
