Sales Administrator

RSM Lining Supplies Global Ltd are a leading supplier to the CIPP industry and are now looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to assist with the smooth running of their sales department and further strengthen the level of service we offer to our customers.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for maximizing Customer Service and communication. In addition, this person will be responsible for effective administration within the sales department.Responsibilities
- Responsible for a specified number of telesales calls and data input.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and customer account records
- Deal with customer account queries and customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- General upkeep of a busy sales office including administrative / clerical duties
- To use initiative and imagination to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill.
- Administration of all new account forms
- To cover any other administrative duties of the general sales office as required
- To answer incoming calls promptly
Qualifications
- Math's and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent essential
- Must be computer literate with basic keyboard skills
- Basic Word, Outlook and Excel Essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to act on their own initiative with a minimum of supervision
Location
The role is office based working out of our offices in Doncaster
The package
Basic hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break, and 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays per annum.
